Water is an essential element in our body and constitutes about 60% of your body’s weight.It's Known fact that every system in our body uses water to perform the various functions. Whether it may be breathing, digestion or central nervous system, they all rely on water to function optimally.

As well as sick people, Pregnant women have higher water requirements than normal people. Insufficient water leads to dull yellow urine color which is a  sign that the water level in the body is pretty low.

Drinking at least 2 glasses of water before every meal will make you lose weight at least 5 pounds monthly. It's proven fact that the Consuming more water increases our body’s metabolism and decrease our urge to eat more.

It is best practice to drink cold water because then the body will need to burn more calories to heat the water to body temperature.Bear in mind that drinking water will increase metabolism and be drinking it about a half hour before meals can make you eat fewer calories.

Acne and skin hydration: water helps to hydrate your skin and reduce acne, Consuming min 3- 4 liters of water will reduce dehydration.

Constipation: Increasing water intake boost metabolism and help with constipation, which is a very common problem. 
Cancer: Studies suggest that those who drink more water have a lower risk of bladder and colorectal cancer.
